| Customers interested in purchasing the articles offered by Divusart S.A. shall accede to the General Sales Conditions and manifest knowledge and complete acceptance. Such General Terms and Conditions may be downloaded and stored by the Customer. |

| Users or visitors of the website may visualize the contained information and carry out private copies in their computer systems. However, subsequent cession of the reproduced elements to third parties is expressly excluded. Modification and alteration of the website contents is expressly forbidden. |

Such data will be included in a database created and maintained under the responsibility of Divusart S.A., with Fiscal Identification Number A-53890711, whose registered office is in Calle Poeta Miguel Hernández, number 3, 4th floor, in 03201 Elche (Alicante), registered in the Registro Mercantil of Alicante, Volume 2798 Book 0 Paper 155 Page A-84646 1st Inscription. This Database has been duly registered in the Spanish Personal Data General Registrar. Data will be treated with the sole purpose of managing the contractual relationship with the customer, to answer customers’ information requests related to one or more articles exhibited in www.divusart.com and for sending commercial information relating to Divusart S.A.’s products. Data provided by the Customer will imply the express consent by the customer to provide Divusart S.A. his personal data contained in the database as far as it is necessary to comply with the required informative and commercial actions. In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999, 13th December, on Personal Data
Protection, Divusart S.A.’s Customers may at any time exercise their
rights to access, correct, cancel and oppose these data, in writing to
the Customer Department, by e-mail cancel Divusart S.A. guarantees that personal data provided by its customers will under no circumstances be given to third-parties. However, and with the sole purpose of improving the services offered to our customers, Divusart S.A. is obliged to provide certain personal data (name, address, phone number, etc.) to the transport companies that co-operate in the service. In all these situations, such personal data are only those strictly necessary to offer the required service by the customer. |
